Abstract

Combined with the Caijiazhuang super major bridge engineering project,according to the preliminary calculation of cap hydration heat and cap shape,the cooling water pipe is scientifically ar-ranged.According to the regulations of mass concrete specifications,MIDAS software is used for hydra-tion heat simulation analysis,and the temperature field inside the cap and the concrete stress distribution cloud map are obtained.According to the calculated temperature field distribution,a miniature wireless temperature sensor is arranged inside the cap,and the number of sensors is appropriately increased in the high temperature area and low temperature area.Through continuous data observation for 5 days after the cap pouring,the maximum temperature difference of measuring points is 23.6 degrees,which is highly consistent with the simulation results and meets the requirements of the specification.After testing,no cracks appeared in the cap,which indicates that the hydration heat simulation analysis can reflect the actual situation and ensure the construction safety,which provides references for similar cap reinforcement con-struction hydration heat control.
