摘要
Abstract
The construction of water-saving society at the county level up to the standard is an impor-tant task deployed in the No.1 central document of the central government in 2017.Carrying out the con-struction of water-saving society at the county level up to the standard is an important means to promote water-saving work and an important measure to implement the water-saving priority policy in the new stage.It is of great significance to promote the transformation of water use mode from extensive to eco-nomical and intensive,and improve the efficiency and efficiency of water resources utilization.This paper summarizes the work and experience of water-saving society in Ningxia,summarizes the construction a-chievements,combs out the problems in the construction of water-saving society,and puts forward coun-termeasures from the aspects of establishing departmental linkage mechanism,strengthening top-level de-sign,improving relevant systems,improving the quality of water-saving carrier construction,and continu-ing to carry out in-depth water-saving publicity and education,which provides thinking and reference for further promoting the high-quality development of water-saving society in water deficient areas in the northwest.关键词
