基于概率语言术语集和TODIM法的健康社区评价研究
Study on health community evaluation based on probabilistic linguistic term set-TODIM method

Abstract
In order to improve the level of health community,a comprehensive evaluation method of health community based on probabilistic linguistic term set with improved TODIM method was proposed.Firstly,the evaluation index system of health community level based on the social ecology theory was constructed from four dimensions:community governance,interpersonal relationships,facilities and environment;Secondly,the initial index weight was determined according to the probabilistic language term set,and the final index weight was determined by using KANO model modification,and then the distance measure of the probabilistic language term set was combined with the TODIM method,and the global dominance of each scheme was calculated to evaluate the ranking;Finally,the model was applied to the comprehensive evaluation of healthy communities.The results show that it is feasible to empirically analyze the community with the constructed model.The probabilistic linguistic term set can describe the fuzzy,uncertain and difficult to quantify evaluation information flexibly and accurately,making the absorbed evaluation information more comprehensive.Based on probabilistic linguistic term set and TODIM method,the evaluation and research of healthy communities can also solve the group decision-making problem in fuzzy environment,which has certain reference value for improving the local government's awareness of community health and promoting the construction of health communities.关键词
