Evaluation of the Harmonious Development Level of Economic-cultural-ecological System in the Yellow River Basin from the Perspective of Human-water Harmony

Abstract
In order to promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,the harmo-nious development level of the economical-cultural-ecological system of the Yellow River Basin was evaluated based on the data of three subsystems of the Yellow River Basin,namely,economy,culture and ecology,and the theory of the harmony between human and water was introduced from 2001 to 2019.The spatial and temporal evolution characteristics were ana-lyzed in combination with spatial auto-correlation,and the main obstacle factors were identified using the obstacle degree model.The results are as follows.The harmonious development level of the economical-cultural-ecological systems of the Yellow River Basin is in transition from "relatively disharmonious" to "nearly disharmonious",with a continuing positive trend.The level of harmonious development of cities in the Yellow River Basin is gradually equalizing.Spatially,a total of 23 cities and municipalities showed agglomeration,mainly in the form of "high-high" and "low-low" agglomerations.The phenomenon of "high-low" and "low-high" agglomeration is not obvious.The main indicators hindering the harmonious devel-opment of the economical-cultural-ecological system in the Yellow River Basin are the amount of actual utilization of foreign capital,foreign exchange income from tourism,green space per capita,the number of A-class scenic spots,industrial wastewater emissions,and the modulus of water production,and the obstacle degree of each indicator shows an increasing trend.关键词
