Evaluation Model of Spatial Equilibrium of Water Resources Based on Spatial Equilibrium Index

Abstract
In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's "sixteen character" water management concept and study the theory and methods of spatial balance of water resources,relevant indicators are selected from both the supply and demand sides of water resources to construct a water resource spatial balance evaluation system.The development level of both sides of supply and demand is evaluated by the five-element correlation number method.The equilibrium difference degree formula and equilibrium coordination formula are used to calculate the equilibrium difference relationship and equilibrium coordina-tion relationship on both sides of supply and demand.The results of difference degree and coordination degree are weighted to obtain the evaluation value of regional spatial equilibrium degree,and then the evaluation model of water resources spa-tial equilibrium is constructed.The above model was applied to the evaluation of water resources spatial balance in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018.The results are as follows.Firstly,Anhui Province is in various states of imbalance in both the north and the south.Secondly,the difference degree evaluation of Hefei is lower than that of northern Anhui,but its e-valuation of the degree of coordination is better than that of northern Anhui,and the supply-side evaluation value of Hefei is also better than that of northern Anhui.It is indicated that the supply side of north Anhui province is limited for a long time,which affects the further development of the demand side index,and it is urgent to improve the situation of water transfer.To sum up,the paper evaluates the spatial equilibrium state from the perspective of state and quantity,and puts forward a formula to couple the two into the spatial equilibrium index.It is more in-depth than previous coupled coordina-tion models and can determine the type of imbalance as well as provide optimization ideas.关键词
