智能制造产线数字孪生体建模方法研究
Research on Digital Twin Modeling Method for Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,digital twin modeling,as one of the core concepts of digital manufacturing,has made significant breakthroughs in the manufacturing industry.This paper aims to study the construction,methods,and application significance of digital twins in intelligent manufacturing production lines,in order to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,this paper explores the background of the digital twin of intelligent manufacturing production lines and analyzes the necessity of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry.Secondly,this paper introduces the methods for constructing digital twins in intelligent manufacturing production lines,including key steps such as data acquisition,sensor technology,model construction,and data analysis.Finally,this paper takes the intelligent manufacturing production line of Huazhong CNC as an example to construct a digital twin,verifying the effectiveness of the digital twin construction of the intelligent manufacturing production line.Experiments have shown that this system meets the multi-level,multi perspective,and multi task control requirements of intelligent manufacturing production lines,and can effectively improve the digitalization and transparency level of intelligent manufacturing production lines.关键词
