摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the intelligent level of the handling manipulator and build a smart laboratory,it is proposed to apply digital twin technology to build an experimental system simulation teaching platform.Analyzed the digital twin system architecture of the handling robot,using SolidWorks,NX_MCD and TIA software technologies have constructed a digital twin system model for a handling robot from multiple dimensions,such as geometric models,physical models,and production behavior twin models.Through simulation,the feasibility of constructing a digital twin system model from multiple dimensions has been verified.In addition,the constructed simulation teaching platform has enriched teaching resources.Practice has proven that the digital twin online simulation teaching platform has to some extent made up for the problem of limited experimental equipment,and scholars can complete experimental learning at any time without being limited by"time and space".Therefore,the research on the digital twin experimental system is a major trend in the development of smart education in the future.
