Exploration and Practice of Adapting Vocational Talents Training to the Needs of Industrial Talents
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the new demand for talents in the process of transforming and upgrading the traditional fire protection industry to intelligence,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of talents in the smart firefighting industry,proposes a solution for vocational IOT application technology related majors to adapt to the dynamic development of the industry and adjust talent training plans,and the main path for vocational colleges to cultivate intelligent fire industry talents.The feasibility of the plan has been verified through professional reform practice.关键词
