新工科背景下化工类技术技能人才职业能力评价体系构建
Construction of Vocational Ability Evaluation System for Technical Talents of Chemical Industry Under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract
It is very important for higher vocational colleges to construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of technical talents to strengthen connotation construction,promote teaching reform and train new engineering talents.The existing problems have been analyzed in the evaluation target,evaluation content,evaluation standard,evaluation subject,evaluation form and evaluation result in the evaluation system of technical skills in our country.Based on the principles of morality and ability,objectivity,development and operability,a comprehensive professional competence-oriented"1234"evaluation system framework has been constructed.Taking the vocational ability evaluation of technical talents in chemical industry as an example,the evaluation indexes,evaluation contents and implementation results have been analyzed in detail.Suggestions have been made in maintaining the professionalism and stability of the third party,students learning process monitoring,information collection and feedback.关键词
