摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene modified materials were prepared by twin-screw extrusion technology,and the three-layer composite pipes PPR/PPR-BF/PPR were prepared by pipe forming equipment.The properties of the modified material and pipes were studied.The results show that when the amount of BF added is 25%,the linear expansion coefficient is as low as 3.7x10-5m/m·℃.Meanwhile,the linear expansion coefficient of the pipe is 4.8× 10-5m/m·℃,indicating that basalt fiber modified PPR pipes can solve the problem of dimensional deformation of PPR pipes during long-term hot water supply.
