紫外光引发TPU薄膜亲水改性研究
Study on Hydrophilic Modification of TPU Films Initiated by Ultraviolet Light

Abstract
The surface of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)film was hydrophilic modified by ultraviolet light induced grafting.The effect of hydrophilic agent Poloxamer 407 and its ratio with PVPK-90 on hydrophilicity was investigated,when the contact angle was measured by contact angle tester,and the mechanical properties and surface microstructure were tested respectively by respectiely electronic universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that when the content of PVPK-90 was 2%,the contact angle showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing as the content of Poloxamer 407 increased;when the ratio of Poloxamer 407 to PVPK-90 was 3∶1,the average contact angle first decreased and then increased with the increase of hydrophilic agent Poloxamer 407 and PVPK-90 content.The optimal formula under UV lamp wavelength of 568.7 nm and photoinitiation time of 4 minutes is:PVPK-90 concentration of 2%,Poloxamer 407 concentration of 6%,6976 concentration of 10%.The minimum contact angle of hydrophilic modified TPU film is 25.10°,with excellent hydrophilicity and good mechanical properties.SEM photos confirm that hydrophilic monomers are grafted onto the material surface.关键词
