NVP/EHMA/DVE-3亲水溶胀膜的紫外光聚合研究

Abstract
A hydrophilic swelling film was made from vinyl pyrrolidone,isooctyl methacrylate and trivinylethylene glycol divinyl ether(DVE-3).The effect of content of DVE-3 on the mechanical properties,hydrophilic properties and swelling properties was investigated,and the effect of UV irradiation time on the mechanical properties of the material was explored.The overall property of the hydrophilic swelling film with 20%content of DVE-3 was the best,which was characterized with tensile strength of 26.2kPa,elongation after break of 119%,compression modulus of 53.7kPa,compression strength of 27.4kPa,contact angle of 22° and swelling rate of 322%after 120h immersion in PBS solution.When the UV irradiation time was 20s,the tensile property was the best with the tensile strength of 25.8kPa and the elongation after break of 217.9%.关键词
