Abstract
According to the high temperature of the refrigerated air conditioner,four organic fatty acids were initially selected as the basic components of the composite material:decanoic acid(CA),lauric acid(LA),myristic acid(MA),and palmitic acid(PA).Based on the phase equilibrium theory and eutectic system theory of materials,the molar fractions of eutectic points were calculated and the eutectic phase diagram was drawn;Based on the theoretical results,the composite materials with different component contents were prepared by melt blending method;The cold storage experiment was carried out by step-cold curve method,and the four-dismembered fatty acid composite material CA-LA-PA-MA was finally proposed,and the eutectic molar ratio was 56.9∶26.8∶7.0∶9.3,which is 1% different from the theoretical calculation value.The measured phase change temperature was 13.2 ℃,which is 2.3%different from the theoretical calculated value of 13.51 ℃.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the selection of composite phase change storage materials for air conditioning.关键词
