周8425B抗叶锈病基因LrZH84和LrZH22/Lr13在其衍生品种中的遗传解析
Genetic analysis of Zhou 8425B leaf rust resistance gene LrZH84 and LrZH22/Lr13 in their derivative varieties

Abstract
[Objective]Researches were conducted to find out the distribution and genetic effect of wheat leaf rust resistance gene LrZH84 and LrZH22/Lr13 in the founder parent Zhou 8425B and its 207 derived varieties.[Method]Leaf rust resistance identification was carried out on wheat backbone parent 8425B and its 207 derivative varieties at seedling stage,and the linkage or functional markers of leaf rust resistance genes LrZH84 and LrZH22/Lr13 were used for genotyping.[Result]Among the 207 derivative varieties,42 of them,accounting for 20.3%,showed moderate or high resistance to Puccinia triticina pathotypes KKSQ,TKTS,TKGQ,which were the dominant physiological race of virulence in China.31 of them only carry leaf rust resistance gene LrZH84,and 8,10 and 8 of them show moderate resistance to Puccinia triticina pathotypes KKSQ,TKTS and TKGQ,respectively,accounting for 25.8%,32.3%and 25.8%respectively;46 of them only carry leaf rust resistance gene LrZH22/Lr13,and 21,31 and 25 of them show moderate resistance to Puccinia triticina pathotypes KKSQ,TKTS and TKGQ,respectively,accounting for 45.7%,67.4%and 54.3%,respectively;14 of them carry both leaf rust resistance gene LrZH84 and LrZH22/Lr13,and 9,11 and 11 of them show moderate resistance to Puccinia triticina pathotypes KKSQ,TKTS and TKGQ,accounting for 64.2%,78.6%and 78.6%,respectively;the rest of 116 varieties do not carry any of its resistance genes,and there are 19,21 and 20 of them showing moderate resistance to Puccinia triticina pathotypes KKSQ,TKTS and TKGQ,accounting for 16.4%,18.1%and 17.2%,respectively.[Conclusion]At seedling stage,the resistance effect of LrZH22/Lr13 was better than that of LrZH84,and the aggregated resistance effect of the two genes was better than that of a single gene.It is necessary to strengthen the aggregation of different resistance genes and cultivate new wheat varieties with durable resistance to effectively control the epidemic of wheat leaf rust.关键词
