Research progress of type Ⅲ interferon and its anti-swine viral diseases
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the research progress of interferon Ⅲ against swine susceptible viruses and summarized the antiviral mechanism of type Ⅲ interferon and its advantages as a safe antiviral drug.The current research status of type Ⅲ interferon and its role in combating porcine viral diseases were discussed.Especially,the antiviral effect and the related application of type Ⅲ interferon and the immune escape strategy of susceptible virus in pigs against type Ⅲ IFN were expounded.Current prob-lems limiting the widespread use of interferon Ⅲ were analyzed and some suggestion were put forward.The application potential and prospect of interferon Ⅲ as a safe antiviral drug were prospected,with a view to providing theoretical basis and new ideas for the treatment of swine viral diseases.关键词
