玉米秸秆水提-甘油协同蒸汽爆破预处理及其丁醇发酵研究
Water extraction coupled glycerol-assisted steam explosion pretreatment of corn stover and its butanol fermentation

Abstract
[Objective]This research aims to establish water extraction coupled glycerol-assisted steam explosion pretreatment technology system for corn stover bio-transformation,and utilize the co-fermented of glycerol and glucose in the non-washed hydrolysate of pretreatment corn straw to produce bio-butanol.[Method]Corn stover was pretreated by 4 different pretreatments including steam explosion,watersoaked steam explosion,glycerol-assisted steam explosion,and water extraction coupled glycerol-assisted steam explosion,respectively.Components(cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin)content,cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency and glucose yield of pretreated corn stover were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of different pretreatments.Butanol fermentation with Clostridium pasteurinum CICC10391 from glycerol and glucose in the enzymatic hydrolysate of corn stover pretreated by water extraction coupled glycerol-assisted steam explosion was performed in anaerobic flask.The effect of corn slurry on butanol fermentation was also investigated.Finally,butanol expanded fermentation was carried out in 5 L fermenter.[Result]The cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of corn stover pretreated with water extraction coupled glycerol-assisted steam explosion reached 89.7%,and the glucose yield was 280.8 g·kg-1 corn stover,which was 68.9%and 69.8%higher than that pretreated by steam explosion alone,respectively.Clostridium pasteurianum CICC10391 can simultaneously utilize glucose and glycerol in the hydrolysate to produce butanol,with a utilization rate of 100.0%and 78.9%,respectively.After 50 hours of fermentation,the butanol yield was 7.3 g·L-1.[Conclusion]This study achieved efficient enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stover with water extraction coupled glycerol-assisted steam explosion pretreatment and efficient production of butanol from hydrolysate,providing a technical support for the high value conversion of corn stover and biodiesel by-product glycerol into bio-butanol.关键词
