碳排放约束条件下长江经济带农业生产效率研究
Study on agricultural production efficiency in Yangtze River Economic Belt under carbon emission constraint

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to effectively measuring the agricultural production efficiency of various provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt under carbon emission constraints,in order to providing data support for promoting low-carbon agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and provide reference for promoting green and high-quality agricultural development and regional coordinated development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.[Method]Agricultural carbon emissions were selected as an indicator of unexpected output,and Super-SBM model and GML index were selected to calculate and decompose the agricultural production efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt under carbon emission constraints from 2008 to 2021.Combining Moran's I,the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of agricultural production efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt under carbon emission constraints were explored,and the influencing factors were discussed and analyzed with the help of Tobit model.[Result]The agricultural production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a significant upward trend under carbon emission constraints;The improvement of production efficiency is the result of the dual effects of technological efficiency improvement and technological progress,with technological progress being the main driving force;The spatial evolution trend of agricultural production level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt under carbon emission constraints is significant,but the spatial correlation of agriculture among 11 provinces and cities is not strong and lacks regional linkage;The scale of arable land,industrial structure,urbanization level,and rural electricity consumption are significant factors that affect agricultural production efficiency under carbon emission constraints.[Conclusion]To promote the low-carbon development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the following four suggestions are proposed:1)strengthen effective regional cooperation and formulate a comprehensive regional agricultural carbon reduction and emission reduction development plan;2)rely on dual wheel drive to reduce carbon emissions constraints,while emphasizing the improvement of technological efficiency to improve agricultural productivity;3)utilize spatial correlation and synergistically promote agricultural carbon reduction;4)attach great importance to the key factors that affect agricultural productivity under carbon emission constraints.关键词
