Abstract
The main water supply in Beijing rural areas include township centralized water supply plants,village water supply stations and urban water supply plants′pipe network extension.Among them,village water supply stations account for the highest proportion of water supply,and mainly rely on groundwater resources as the water supply source.At present,there are still many problems,such as lack of intensive water supply,which leads to waste of groundwater resources,some villages in mountainous areas still have hidden dangers of drinking water safety,benign management mechanism has not been fully established,and the construction of rural water supply laws and regulations is lagging behind.In order to enhance the service capacity of rural water supply and promote the high-quality development of rural water supply,two dimensions should be taken into account,the improvement of the quality and efficiency of engineering facilities and the improvement of management systems.We should promote the integrated construction of urban and rural water supply according to local conditions,carry out the transformation of single-village water supply projects in mountainous areas,deepen rural water supply management reform,and gradually improve the rural water supply supervision system and mechanism.Ultimately,it will promote the improvement of urban and rural water supply security to"quality"and water supply management to"wisdom".关键词
