摘要

Abstract

In order to screen rice varieties with strong cold tolerance,the cold tolerance of japonica rice varieties in the black soil rice area in the middle of northeast China was identified,and the physiological and biochemical differences of japonica rice varieties under cold stress were analyzed.The results showed that,the content of chlorophyll in rice treated with low temperature was lower than that in normal rice.The content of free proline in rice treated with low temperature was higher than that in normal rice.The content of soluble sugar in rice treated with low temperature was higher than that in normal rice.The two varieties of jigeng 809 and Akita Komachi were more stable in soluble sugar content,chlorophyll content and Pro content,and had strong cold tolerance.
