中青年脑卒中患者电子健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of e-health literacy in young and middle-aged stroke patients.Methods A total of 659 young and middle-aged stroke inpatients who received treatment in the First Affili-ated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January to April 2022 were selected as the research sub-jects by convenience sampling.General Information Questionnaire,the eHealth Literacy Scale(eHEALS),Barthel Index(BI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Stroke Self-Management Scale were used to investigate.Results The score of eHEALS in 659 young and middle-aged stroke patients was(22.50±5.58).It was positively correlated with the score of BI(r=0.710)and Stroke Self-Management Scale(r=0.811).It was negatively cor-related with the score of HAMA(r=-0.567)and HAMD(r=-0.787).Multivariate linear regression showed that age,educational level,per capita monthly household income,experience of searching health information online,self-care ability,anxiety,depression and self-management ability were included in the regression equation,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.001).Conclusion The e-health literacy level of young and middle-aged stroke patients needs to be further improved,which is affected by age,educational level,per capita monthly household income,experience of searching health information online,self-care ability,anxiety,depression and self-management ability.关键词
