相位角与腹膜透析患者肌少症的关系研究
Study on the relationship between phase angle and sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between phase angle and sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 297 patients with peritoneal dialysis who were regularly treated in the peritoneal dialysis center of Han-gzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling.The patients were divided into sarcopenia group and non-sarcopenia group.The general data,bio-electrical impedance data,biochemical parameters and dialysis-related indicators of the patients were collected.T-test,Chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis pa-tients,and the relationship between phase angle and sarcopenia.Results Among 297 peritoneal dialysis patients,the inci-dence of sarcopenia was 15.5％(46 cases).Age(OR=1.073),male(OR=3.497)and low phase angle(OR=2.534)were risk factors for sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients.High body mass index(OR=0.619)was protective factor for sar-copenia.Low phase angle was still an independent risk factor for sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients after adjusting for related factors.Conclusion The incidence of sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients is high.Medical staff should pay at-tention to the occurrence of sarcopenia in elderly,male and low phase angle patients.Low phase angle is the influencing fac-tor of sarcopenia in peritoneal dialysis patients.关键词
