智慧云全程管理模式在维持性血液透析并发轻度认知功能障碍患者中的应用研究
Application of intelligent cloud whole-process management mode in maintenance hemodialysis patients with mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent cloud whole-process management mode in mainte-nance hemodialysis patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 104 patients with mild cognitive impair-ment who underwent maintenance hemodialysis treatment from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling,among which 52 patients from January to December 2021 were the control group and 52 patients from January to December 2022 were the observation group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis rou-tine nursing,and the observation group was treated with intelligent cloud whole-process management mode based on the control group.The cognitive function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before intervention,1 month and 3 months after intervention by repeated measures analysis of variance.Results There were statistically significant differ-ences in the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment between the two groups in terms of time effect,group effect,time and group interaction effect(P<0.001).Comparison of the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF in the four fields of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment between the two groups in terms of time effects,group effects,time and group interaction effects showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelli-gent cloud whole-process management mode improves the cognitive function and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients with mild cognitive impairment.关键词
