神经外科手术患者并发静脉血栓栓塞症的相关危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors associated with venous thromboembolism in neurosurgical patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of venous thromboembolism in neurosurgical patients,so as to provide reference for the management of venous thromboembolism.Methods The data of 210 patients undergoing elective surgery in neurosurgery department were retrospectively analyzed and divided into venous thromboembolism group(105 cases)and non-venous thromboembolism group(105 cases).Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression were performed to ana-lyze the influencing factors of venous thromboembolism in neurosurgical patients.Results Binary logistic regression analy-sis results showed that length of stay(OR=1.047),history of cardiovascular disease(OR=18.100),Caprini score(OR=2.981),using sedative and analgesic drugs(OR=5.021),postoperative Activity of Daily Living score(OR=0.961)and postoperative D-dimer(OR=1.313)entered the regression equation.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Longer length of stay,history of cardiovascular disease,higher Caprini score,using sedative and analge-sic drugs,and higher postoperative D-dimer are risk factors for venous thromboembolism in neurosurgical patients.Higher postoperative Activity of Daily Living score is a protective factor for venous thromboembolism in neurosurgical patients.It is recommended to build a more sensitive neurosurgical venous thromboembolism risk assessment model,in order to facilitate medical staff to identify high risk individuals of neurosurgical venous thromboembolism early and take preventive measures in time.关键词
