血流导向装置在颅内前循环破裂动脉瘤中的应用效果
Application effect of blood flow guide device in ruptured aneurysms in anterior intracranial circulation

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of blood flow guide device in ruptured aneurysm of anterior intracranial circulation.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022,84 patients with ruptured aneurysms of anterior intracranial circulation admitted to the West China Hospital were selected as the study objects,which were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated by craniotomy clipping,and patients in the observation group were treated by blood flow guide device with following-up for 6 months.The surgical condition,recovery effect,relevant serological indicators and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results At the end of surgery,the OKM grade((3.82±0.05)points),GOS score at 6-month((4.23±0.45)points),GCS score at 24-hour((15.18±2.79)points)were higher than the control group((3.67±0.08)points,(3.71±0.58)points,(12.36±2.54)points).The length of hospital stay((17.21±3.87)d)was shorter than that of the control group((24.36±5.25)d).The serum Caspase-3((157.38±45.15)μg/L),MMP-9((12.83±2.41)μg/L)and overall complication rate(9.52%)were lower than the control group((294.76±58.43)μg/L,(18.62±3.58)μg/L,26.19%,respectively).The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood flow guide device in patients with ruptured intracranial circulation aneurysm can significantly improve the embolization effect,improve the serological index and prognosis level,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
