颅脑CT灌注成像及磁共振成像在脑梗死患者中的应用OACSTPCD

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of GE Revolution CT cerebral perfusion imaging and magnetic resonance imaging in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2022 to May 2023,80 patients with suspected cerebral infarction in Jiangsu Province Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the study objects,and the differences between sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of GE Revolution CT cerebral perfusion imaging,magnetic resonance imaging and combined examination were compared and analyzed,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of three imaging examinations was made.Results According to the patient's condition and comprehensive clinical diagnosis,among the 80 patients with suspected cerebral infarction,69 cases were positive(86.25%)and 11 cases(13.75%).The sensitivity and accuracy of the three imaging methods,from high to low,GE Revolution CT cerebral perfusion imaging,magnetic resonance imaging,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC area under the curve(AUC)of GE Revolution CT cerebral perfusion imaging,magnetic resonance imaging and combined examination for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction was 0.8109,0.7688 and 0.8682,respectively.Conclusion The combined application of GE Revolution CT cerebral perfusion imaging and magnetic resonance imaging is conducive to improving the diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy and AUC level of patients with cerebral infarction.
