头颅大动脉及穿支动脉狭窄程度的影响因素分析
Analysis of the factors affecting the degree of major great intracranial artery and perforator artery stenosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the degree of great intracranial artery and perforator artery stenosis.Methods From September 2022 to February 2023,100 patients with large great intracranial artery and perforator artery stenosis admitted to Yuebei People's Hospital were selected as objects,50 patients with severe great intracranial artery and perforator artery stenosis(stenosis 70%or more)were in the severe group,and 50 patients with mild to moderate great intracranial artery and perforator artery stenosis(stenosis less than 70%)were in the mild to moderate group.General clinical data and laboratory test data were collected from the two groups to analyze the factors affecting the degree of stenosis of large skull arteries and perforator arteries.Results Univariate analysis showed that the age,body mass index,smoking rate of the severe patients,TC,SVEP1,FPG,UA,and CysC levels were higher than those in the mild-to-moderate group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index,smoking and SVEP1,FPG,and CysC levels were independent risk factors for the degree of stenosis of the great and perforator arteries(P<0.05).Conclusion The independent risk factors affecting the stenosis degree of great and perforator arteries mainly include excessive body mass index,smoking and increased SVEP1,FPG and CysC levels.Early monitoring and intervention of the above indicators should be carried out to reduce the occurrence of acute ischemic stroke.关键词
