罗伊适应模式对青少年抑郁障碍患者认知情绪调节的效果
Effect of Roy's adaptation model on cognitive emotion regulation in adolescents with depressive disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive intervention under Roy's adaptation mode in adolescent depression patients.Methods One hundred adolescent depression patients admitted to Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.All patients were treated with conventional antidepressant.On this basis,the control group adopted conventional clinical intervention,and the observation group adopted Roy adaptation mode comprehensive intervention on the basis of conventional clinical intervention.The cognitive and emotional regulation patterns,depression levels,and quality of life of the two groups were observed before and after 4 weeks of intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of self blame,contemplation,catastrophy,and blaming others on the CERQ-C scale in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group(t=2.954,4.255,4.094,2.059,respectively,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of active re-attention,re-attention plan,active re-evaluation,and rational analysis in both groups were higher than those before intervention.The observation group was higher than the control group(t=3.869,4.042,4.644,3.151,respectively,P<0.05).After intervention,the degree of depression by the DI-Ⅱscale in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(Z=2.453,P<0.05).After the intervention,the total measurement factor(MCS)scores of the 12-item short form health survey(SF-12)in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(t=2.322,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention under Roy's adaptation mode can improve the cognitive and emotional regulation in adolescent depression patients,alleviate depression,and improve the quality of life.关键词
