帕金森病伴睡眠障碍的研究进展
Research progress in Parkinson's disease with sleep disorders
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a degenerative disease of the brain associated with motor and non-motor symptoms,related to a variety of factors such as environmental,genetic,and neurological aging.Recent research surveys have shown that the average age of PD in China is 60 years old,and there are about 1 700 patients per 100 000 people over 65 years old.Sleep disorder is one of the non-motor symptoms of PD Parkinson's disease,and the clinical manifestations include insomnia,excessive daytime sleepiness(EDS),restless legs syndrome(RLS),rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder(RBD)and sleep-disordered breathing(SDB)and other types.Due to individual differences,Parkinson's disease with sleep disorders should be guided by a doctor to select the most suitable drug for the individual patient.This article reviews the pathogenesis and common drug regimens of PD sleep disorders,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of PD with sleep disorders in the future.关键词
