长链非编码RNA H19在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究进展
Research progress of long non-coding RNA H19 in central nervous system diseases
摘要
Abstract
Statistics show that the incidence of central nervous system diseases is increasing year by year.Central nervous system diseases seriously endanger human life and health with extremely high mortality and disability rates.At the same time,its pathogenesis is still lack of effective research,and has become one of the hot issues of current research.LncRNA H19 was originally considered as"transcriptional noise"and is now widely proved to be related to the pathogenesis and progression of various central nervous system diseases,This article summarizes the function and mechanism of LncRNA H19 in a variety of central nervous system diseases,such as neurodegenerative diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,intracranial tumors,spinal cord injury and epilepsy,and provides a theoretical basis for further study of the role of LncRNA H19 in nervous system diseases.关键词
