On Understanding the Thought of Treatment of Miscellaneous Diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber Based on"the Revival of Human Body Original Qi"
摘要
Abstract
The idea of"the revival of human body original qi"in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber emphasizes the importance of smooth qi movement to the human body.For syndrome with exterior deficiency of water-qi disease,Zhang Zhongjing used Stephania Root and Astragalus Decoction to reconcile nutrient and defense qi in the exterior.For heat syndrome of water-qi disease,Maidservant From Yue Decoction is used to promote qi circulation.For heat syndrome of skin-water disease,Maidservant From Yue Decoction plus White At-ractylodes is used to promote qi circulation.For syndrome of qi deficiency and yang depression,Stephania Root and Poria Decoction is used to dredge yang,transform qi and induce diuresis.For mild syndrome of blood stagnation,yang qi is guided to the disease site by ac-upuncture,so yang qi can enter yin.For severe syndrome of blood stagnation,Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction is used to warm and dredge blood vessels and promote the circulation of yang qi and remove stagnation.For syndrome of consumptive disease which leads to loss of essence,Cinnamon Twig plus Os Draconis and Oyster Shell Decoction is used to reconcile yin and yang in the interior so as to make yin and yang connected.For syndrome of consumptive disease which leads to lumbago,Eight-Ingredient Kid-ney Qi Pill is used to promote the mutual generation of yin and yang.For wind and qi syndrome of many consumptive diseases,Radix Paeoniae Alba seu Rubra Pill is used to supplement both yin and yang.For insufficient lung qi,Ophiopogon Decoction is used to nourish yin and moisten the lung,and clear the deficiency heat,so that yin could control yang.For syndrome of cold deficiency of insufficient lung qi,Licorice and Rhizoma Zingiberis Decoction is used to transform yang with pungent-sweat properties,bank up earth to benifit metal.For chest impediment with insufficient yang qi in the upper energizer and excessive cold qi in the lower energizer,Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and White Wine Decoction is used to warm and dredge yang qi so as to recover yin and yang.For mild heartache,Cinnamon Twig and Fresh Ginger and Immature Bitter Orange Decoction is used to disperse reversed qi,remove stuffiness and cold.For severe heartache,Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Halloysitum Rubrum Pill is used to astringe floating yang qi.For deficiency and cold of thoroughfare vessel(TV)and govern vessel(GV)which leads to metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,Channel-Warming Decoction is used to warm and supplement TV and GV,nourish blood and remove stasis to promote the revival of both yin and yang.关键词
