Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ephedra and Fructus Forsythiae and Semen Phaseoli Decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat cough and its effect on clinical symptom scores and inflammatory response.Methods:A total of 136 patients with dampness-heat cough were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Ephedra and Fructus Forsythiae and Semen Phaseoli Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the changes of clinical symptom scores and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores before and after treatment were compared.Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hs-C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and inter-leukin-8(IL-8)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.59％,and that of the control group was 83.82％,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of cough,expectoration,diet,stool,urination,sleep and other clinical symptoms of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,and hs-CRP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were low-er than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group above indexes were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ephedra and Fructus Forsythiae and Semen Phaseoli Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,and improve the quality of life of patients with dampness-heat cough.关键词
