针灸联合推拿对颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者日常生活能力及运动功能的影响
The Influence of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Massage on the Activities of Daily Living and Motor Function of Patients with Hemiplegia After Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on the activities of daily living and motor function of patients with hemiplegia after traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods:A total of 78 patients with hemiplegia after TBI admitted to Jiu Jiang No.1 People's Hospital from March 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given conven-tional functional training,while the observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The changes in motor function[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)],activities of daily living[modified Barthel index(MBI)],neurological function[modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian stroke scale(MESSS)]and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)]before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the MBI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the GQOLI-74 dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the MESSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group t,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage can improve the motor function of patients with hemiplegia after TBI,improve their ability to live,promote the recovery of neurological function,and then improve their quality of life.关键词
