干眼证素辨证体系的理论研究
Theoretical study of the pattern elements differentiation system of dry eye
摘要
Abstract
Pattern elements are the basic ones that constitute patterns and the core of TCM pattern differentiation.Based on the theory of pattern elements,the correlation among different pattern elements of dry eye was summarized from the aspects of clinical symptom severity.Taking yin deficiency as its root and dry heat as the manifestations,the main pathogenesis of dry eye is consumption of body fluid and damage of eye collaterals.There is a strong correlation between the severity of dry eye symptoms and the diagnostic weights of different pattern elements.In view of the symptoms of different severity of dry eye,the correlation between the two was discussed using TCM pattern elements differentiation and the feasibility of applying the pattern element theory to the diagnosis of TCM pattern differentiation in dry eye was explored,so as to provide a new perspective for the follow-up basic theoretical researches and clinical treatments of dry eye by pattern differentiation,thus optimizing the diagnosis and treatment strategy of dry eye.关键词
