基于"肾-肝-脑"轴探讨围绝经期健忘的中医防治
TCM prevention and treatment of perimenopausal amnesia based on"kidney-liver-brain"axis
摘要
Abstract
Manifested as decreased cerebral memory function in women's special physiological period,perimenopausal amnesia severely affects their quality of life and may increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Amnesia belongs to the category of"dementia"in Chinese medicine.Based on the physiological relationship of mutual help and mutual assistance between the liver(child)and the kidney(mother)as well as the susceptibility to amnesia in perimenopausal women due to kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation,this paper first proposes the concepts of"kidney-liver-brain"axis and perimenopausal amnesia.It also elaborates the importance of Yangyin Ningshen Formula in tonifying the kidney and nourishing the liver for the prevention and treatment of perimenopausal amnesia,so as to provide a theoretical basis for TCM prevention and treatment of perimenopausal amnesia.关键词
