路路通益母膏质量控制方法改进研究
Improvement of Quality Control Method for Lulutong Yimu Ointment(路路通益母膏)

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the quality control method of Lulutong Yimu Ointment(路路通益母膏).Methods:The extraction method and unfolding agent for the thin layer identification of Maidong(Ophiopogon Japonicus),Huangqi(Astragalus Membranaceus),and Stachydrine hydrochloride in the standard were optimized.Revise the current standard for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ content from thin-layer scanning method to high-performance liquid chromatography method.A HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragalosideⅣ content was established using an Inertisil ODS-3 chromatographic column(150 mm×4.6 mm),5 μm,using acetonitrile water(32∶68)as the mobile phase,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,a column temperature of 25 ℃,and an injection volume of 20 μL.Results:The optimized method was specific and convenient.The astragalosideⅣ showed good linear relationship in the range of 2.036-12.22 μg(r=0.999 3),the average recovery rate was 104.66％,and the RSD was 3.81％(n=6).Conclusion:The method in this study is more convenient than the original standard method,and can be used for the quality detection of Lulutong Yimu Ointment.关键词
