"调肝通脑法"在缺血性中风治疗中的应用
The Application of"Regulating the Liver and Dredging the Brain Method"in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
This study explained the connotation of"liver-brain correlation"from three aspects:the func-tional position,meridian circulation and physiological function of the liver and brain.The liver is connected with the brain to maintain the function of Yuan Shen,and"liver-brain correlation"dominates the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.At the same time,the stagnation or obstruction of brain collaterals runs through the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.This paper proposed the"liver regulating and brain dredging method"for treating the ischemic stroke,namely regulating liver Qi to dredge brain collaterals,or nourishing Yin to softening liver,or eliminating phlegm to clearing liver,or calming wind to calming liver,or nourishing blood to nourishing liver.关键词
