摘要

Abstract

To investigate the key factors affecting the drying effect of sludge pellets,drying experiments were carried out at different temperatures and pelletizing sizes for re-blended and non-re-blended sludge pellets by means of external extrusion pelletizing.The results reveal that the extrusion shape has a minor influence on sludge particle drying,however the pelletizing size and drying temperature have a considerable effect on sludge particle dewatering efficiency,and temperature is the most important component in sludge particle drying.Second,in terms of drying time,drying rate and extrusion energy consumption,rectangular-shaped sludge pellets with the pelletizing size of 6 mm are dried best at 80 ℃ in the non-re-blended sludge pellet drying experiment,while cylindrical sludge pellets with the pelletizing size of 6 mm are dried best at 80 ℃ in the re-blended sludge pellet drying experiment.Finally,in the re-blended sludge pellet stack drying experiment,the drying rate of sludge pellets stacked in three layers is 45.6%and 20%higher than that of single layer and two layers,and the drying rate is increased by 23% compared with that of non-re-blended single layer sludge.
