低温泵用活性炭吸附层的制备与性能
Preparation and performance of activated carbon adsorbing layers for application in cryopump
摘要
Abstract
The adsorbing material on the cryopanel in the cryopump has a strong influence on the performance of the cryopump.The activated carbon adsorbing layer used in a tritium-related cryopump was prepared with inorganic binder as the main layer-forming agent and flexible polyurethane as an additive.The effects of polyurethane mass fraction on the specific surface area of the activated carbon adsorbing layer were explored,and the relationship between the layer-forming agent mass fraction and the physical and mechanical properties of the activated carbon adsorbing layer were analyzed.Also,the temperature shock resistance of the cryopanel coated with the adsorbing material was studied in detail.The experimental results show that the wettability of the layer-forming agent on the surface of the activated carbon is improved by adding 4.5%mass fraction of flexible polyurethane to the layer-forming agent,which increases the compressive strength of the adsorbing layer and the adhesion of the adsorbing layer on the cryopanel,and the temperature shock resistance of the activated carbon adsorbing layer in the temperature range of 77-353 K is increased by 2.18 times.The as-prepared activated carbon adsorbing layer can better meet the operating requirements of the cryopump.关键词
