摘要

Abstract

To investigate the wound healing effects of marine fish collagen and alginate,we established rat skin acute wound models and evaluated the efficacy of these two materials.We employed commonly used clinical wound dressing methods by implanting both materials into the wounds and observed and evaluated the outcomes using cell biology and pathology techniques.The results indicated that both fish collagen and alginate exhibited excellent biocompatibility and the ability to stimulate wound repair.However,fish collagen outperformed alginate in terms of promoting blood vessel ingrowth,material degradation and fusion,and overall wound healing.These findings demonstrate that both marine biomaterials create a conducive environment for wound healing and effec-tively facilitate the wound repair process.
