摘要

Abstract

To study the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and immune function of mutton sheep,60 Duhan hybrid sheep at fat-tening stage were randomly divided into 4 groups.Group 1,group 2,group 3 and group 4 were supple-mented with 0,0.05%,0.1% and 0.2% compound Chinese herbal medicine respectively.The results showed compared with group 1,the average daily gain and IgG content increased significantly(P<0.05)in group 2,group 3 and group 4,and the cooking loss rate decreased significantly(P<0.05);compared with group 1,the final weight,carcass weight,pH45min value,pH24h value,spleen index and IgA content in-creased significantly(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio,GR value,drip loss rate,cooking loss rate and shear force decreased significantly(P<0.05)in group 3 and group 4.For group 3 and group 4,the average daily gain and IgG content increased significantly(P<0.05),and the cooking loss rate decreased signifi-cantly(P<0.05)compared with group 2.The study shows with the dosage increase of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the basic diet of mutton sheep,its effect on the growth performance,slaughter per-formance,meat quality and immune function of mutton sheep gradually increased.0.1%can be selected as the clinical dosage.
