Assessment of Animal Welfare Level in Large-scale Dairy Farms
摘要
Abstract
The realization of animal welfare is not only conducive to the growth of animals themselves and the food safety of consumers,but also conducive to the production interests of producers.Through the investigation on large-scale dairy farms in Henan Province,the assessment system of dairy cow welfare level was constructed in accordance with the"5F"principles of animal welfare and the group standard of"Farm Animal Welfare Requirements-Cows"to measure the animal welfare level of dairy cows.In terms of the development of appropriate scale farms,the popularization of healthy scale breeding model,and the construction of smart farms,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the development of dairy industry.关键词
