复合微生态制剂对牛粪有机肥堆肥效果的影响研究

Abstract
To study the effect of different dosages of compound microecological agents on the compos-ting effect of organic manure,four composting treatment groups were designed.0%,0.05%,0.1%and 0.2%of compound microecological agents were added to the organic manure composting raw materials in each groups respectively,namely,the control group,the compound microecological agent group Ⅰ,the compound microecological agent group Ⅱ and the compound microecological agent group 111.The results showed that the maintenance time of the four treatment groups at high temperature stage was 10 days,11 days,12 days and 12 days,respectively.The pH of them reached the peak at 9 days after composting,and the water content of the composite microecological preparation group Ⅱ and Ⅲ at 9 days after composting was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The C/N value of the composite micro-ecological preparation group m at 9 days after composting was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the seed germination index of compound microecological preparation group Ⅱ and groupⅢ was significantly higher than that of the control group at 13 days after composting(P<0.05),and the seed germination index of compound microecological preparation group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group at 17 days after composting(P<0.05).The results showed that the compound microecological agents could improve the composting effect of organic fertilizer from cow manure,and the effect of 0.2%addition is the most significant.关键词
