摘要

Abstract

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),as an emerging environmental pollutant,pose a major threat on global public health safety.Livestock waste is an important reservoir of ARGs,so the ecological risk of ARGs in livestock waste needs to be assessed.Based on the introduction of the framework of eco-logical risk assessment on contaminants,the review firstly clarifies the three stages of ecological risk as-sessment framework of ARGs:exposure assessment,hazard assessment and risk characterization.Then,the review explains the database and assessment methods used for ARGs ecological risk assessment and points out that the key points of ARGs ecological risk assessment are ARGs exposure pathways,horizontal ARGs transfer during planting and breeding.Finally,the framework of ecological risk assessment for ARGs in the"livestock-waste-soil-plant-human"chain is proposed.The paper provides reference for the environmental and ecological risk assessment of ARGs from livestock waste sources.
