某水厂石英砂滤料清洗再生与过滤性能分析
Analysis of Cleaning,Regeneration and Filtration Performance for Silica Sand Filter Media in a WTP

Abstract
The surface of the quartz filter material in the water treatment plant(WTP)in Yunan adhered to form a layer of black substance containing metal elements such as Al,Mn,Fe,Ca and became"blackened sand"after a certain number of years of use.These will result in slating of the filter media,a loss in filtration capacity,a shortening of the filtration cycle,a reduction in the effectiveness of filtration backwashing,and other problems.In order to clean and regenerate the blackened sand to meet this scenario,"water washing + sieving"and"water washing + sieving + acid washing + grinding"were used in this study.After regeneration,the performance indices of blackened sand,washed sand,acid-washed sand,and new sand were compared and studied.It was found that several performance indices were simultaneously improved and that the appearance of acid-washed sand was not only restored to that of new sand.Testing was done on the blackened sand,water-washed sand,and acid-washed sand for turbidity,filtration rate,backwashing effect,and post-filter water economy.It has been discovered that blackened sand could be regenerated by"water washing + sieving"or"water washing + sieving + acid washing + grinding"to achieve secondary use.The filtration performance of filter media after cleaning and regeneration is found to be greatly improved,the water quality is better,and the economy is stronger,which can meet the demand for energy saving and consumption reduction in WTPs.Appropriate regeneration methods can be selected based on needs in engineering.关键词
