Abstract
The amount of water treated by a municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Kunshan is in the state of exceeding load for a long time,facing the problem of lack of construction land and upgrading of water standard.The AA/RPIR+ magnetic coagulation process is determined to be used for capacity expansion at the original site.This study focuses on the analysis of AA/RPIR+ magnetic coagulation process practical operation effect and economic operation benefits.The results show that the process has excellent removal effect on pollutants,and the CODCr removal rate is as high as 94.2%.The effluent concentration is better than the standard.The mean values of CODCr,BOD5,SS,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP are 13.38,2.31,6.31,0.313,7.86,0.082 mg/L,respectively.The results of analysis along the process show that AA/RPIR combined with magnetic coagulation process achieved good nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect,and the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP reach 99.0%,77.5%and 97.9%,respectively.75.0%~90.2%phosphorus is removed in the biochemical stage and maintained good process stability.The results of economic benefit analysis show that the project has a low cost of investment and operation.After the formal operation,the water and electricity consumption per ton of RPIR pool decreases from 0.511 kW·h to 0.215 kW·h,and the water consumption cost per ton of magnetic coagulation decreases from 0.026 yuan to 0.004 6 yuan,which has a good effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.关键词
