基于Lab颜色空间的太阳能电池片色彩均匀性分析
ANALYSIS OF SOLAR CELL COLOR UNIFORMITY BASED ON LAB COLOR SPACE

Abstract
This paper proposes a fast and low cost method for analyzing solar cell color uniformity,which can improve the accuracy and reliability of color sorting process.After image pre-process including rotation,background removal and noise filtering,abnormal pixels were picked out by calculating distribution features of image pixels in Lab color space.On this basis,diversity and dispersion models were built for automatic analyzing.The experimental result shows that solar cells with small diversity and large dispersion exhibit better vision uniformity.Further research indicates that uniform and non-uniform solar cells can be well recognized and classified by optimizing the normalized boundary values of diversity and dispersion.Model computation is compared with manual annotation to evaluate the feasibility of our method.Comparison illustrates that the classification accuracy is about 94%on the whole,while the recognition rate of uniform solar cell achieves 95.7%.关键词
