心脏机械瓣膜置换术后病人自我管理能力现状调查及影响因素分析
Status quo and influencing factors of self-management ability of patients after cardiac mechanical valve replacement

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of patients'self-management ability after mechanical heart valve replacement(MHVR)and to analyze the influencing factors of patients'self-management ability to provide reference for subsequent nursing intervention of self-management ability.Methods:A total of 276 patients revisited in the outpatient department of cardiac and macrovascular surgery in a tertiary grade A hospital in Yunnan province were included as the subjects using the convenience sampling method.The patients were investigated by using the MHVR Patient Self-Management Ability Scale.Results:The total score of patients'self-management was(96.91±11.54),which was at a moderate level.The patient's age,gender,education level,place of residence,per capita monthly income of the family,and postoperative time were independent predictors of patients'self-management after MHVR.Conclusions:The self-management ability of patients after MHVR needs to be improved.Hospital departments should pay more attention to rural elderly male patients with low education levels and monthly income to help them improve their self-management ability.关键词
