成人非ICU住院病人自拔管风险评估工具的构建及验证
Construction and validation of self-extubation risk assessment tool for non-ICU adult inpatients

Abstract
Objective:To construct and validate a self-extubation risk assessment tool for non-ICU adult inpatients.Methods:The risk assessment tool for self-extubation was constructed based on the review of adverse events and literature research using the Delphi method.A total of 466 inpatients were included to test the tool's reliability,validity and diagnostic efficacy.Results:The assessment tool constructed after 2 rounds of consultation included 6 risk factors and 19 specific items.The inter-rater reliability was 0.875,and the content validity index was 0.951.The area under the ROC curve was 0.921,95％[CI:(0.864,0.978)(P＜0.001)],the optimal high-risk cutoff value was 9.5 points,the corresponding sensitivity was 0.800,and the specificity was 0.917.Conclusions:The self-extubation risk assessment tool for adult non-ICU inpatients constructed in this study has good reliability,validity,and clinical prediction ability,which could help screen patients at risk of extubation and provide reference for the safety management of clinical circuits.关键词
