基于VOSviewer急性心肌梗死PCI术后心脏康复的可视化分析
Cardiac rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI based on VOSviewer:a visual analysis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the basic status quo and research hotspots and trends of cardiac rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in China in the past 10 years,and to provide reference for related research and clinical practice.Methods:Relevant literature on AMI patients'cardiac rehabilitation after PCI published from January 1,2013,to July 26,2023,were retrieved from the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.The bibliometric method was used to analyze the annual publication volume,core authors,academic journals,publishing institutions,and keywords for statistical analysis.VOSviewer1.6.18 software was used to perform visual analysis and draw a knowledge map.Results:A total of 376 articles were included,with a year-by-year increase in number and involving 92 core authors.The journal with the most articles was the Journal of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The institution with the most publications was Zhengzhou No.7 People's Hospital.Research hotspots included self-management and health education,early cardiac rehabilitation care,cardiac function,and quality of life.Conclusions:Research related to AMI patients'cardiac rehabilitation after PCI in China is gradually deepening,but overall,it is scattered,and the quality of research needs to be improved.In the future,in-depth exchanges among authors,institutions,and regions should be strengthened to carry out multi-center,multi-disciplines,large samples,and high-quality research.关键词
