齿轮参数对小型鼓形齿联轴器承载能力的影响
The influence of gear parameters on the bearing capacity of small crown gear coupling

Abstract
Under the working conditions of limited space,high load and high misalignment angle,the small crown gear coupling was required to transmit torque between two shafts,however,the crown gear coupling in GB/T 26103.1-2010 could not meet the working requirements due to the rotation diameter greater than 100 mm and the misalignment angle less than 1°.3D software was used to simulate the machining process of the small crown gear coupling and generate a 3D model.The mesh of the internal and external tooth surfaces in contact with each other was refined,and a high-precision finite element model of the full tooth inside and outside of the crown gear coupling was established to study the contact state of the tooth surfaces in the rotation process under dif-ferent misalignment angles.The modulus and number of teeth were the basic parameters of the crown gear coupling.The influence of different modulus and number of teeth on the contact situation and maximum stress value of the crown gear coupling when the misalignment angle between the axes is 5° was analyzed,and the rule of the crown gear coupling in rotation was compared and summarized,which provides the basis for the design of small crown gear coupling.关键词
